This hotel is the perfect base to explore Geneva and surrounding areas. It has everything for a comfortable stay and facilities to cook if required. The only thing I have to say is we had use of a car which made things easier. I think it would be pretty awkward otherwise.
We couldn't believe that this was only a two star hotel. It must have been recently updated. The staff was literate in English, the restaurant has good service and good food--plus and English menu upon request.
My son and myself stayed two nights but they were not consecutive. We were able to leave our belongings (suitcase and some money) in a secure place while we were travelling elsewhere. When we came back everything had been well kept.
located at a very quiet zone with some nice restaurants and supermarket, perfect to expend some days after a long trip, quiet and friendly, the hotel is perfect, free parking, nice internet, good tv, the bed could be better
First of all the wifi is free. So I do not know why everybody is complaining about that. Secondly, it is so easy to get to the centre of Geneva from there. It's only a 20 min bus ride for 3.5 Swiss Francs. I found the hotel to be clean, the staff changed the linen every day, the bathroom was fine and my room's size was perfectly comfortable. The other big deal everybody was complaning about on expedia was that one had to walk 200 meters to another hotel in order to check in. Wow!!! how inconvenient. If they really find that such a bother, I wonder why they didn't also complain that the hotel didn'd have a concierge.

Modern hotel with white façade located on the French side of the Swiss border, five kilometers from Geneva’s old town …More
You would not go to this hotel as a destination, it is just the cheapest accomodation for travellers coming through GVA and needing to take the next flight out early in the morning. The French side is a lot cheaper than the Swiss side! However, there is no taxi on the French side to speak off, so you can take on from the Swiss side to the Median 23 SFR though! I walked the corridor with my small backpack doable but not really recommended, not much sidewalk and it is about 2 miles from terminal to hotel. So it is hard to get to and they do not have a shuttle per the clerk at the hotel desk. The room was not great but fine for one night. It is a bit run down but the linnens were clean. Just a place to get some shut eye.
This would be a great hotel for business travelers. We were on a pleasure trip and chose it for the convenience. Large beautiful room with a view. Within walking distance of grocery store but also had good restaurant on premises.
