"Room and hotel are amazing. Very quiet at night. Bed and room are huge. Breakfast was really good. My only ‘but’ is that the spa was out of order, I’m not convinced it’s ever been ‘in’ order. Looked like a building site when we went down to it to see. And three of the floors have the windows covered in black tarpaulin as they aren’t finished. Hotel is a WIP. Didn’t hear much building noise though having said that. One final gripe is that on our last day we waited in the bar for our taxi and...

"Excellent hotel and location. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room was a great size with everything we needed (but do need to put English breakfast tea in room). The bed very comfortable and so quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location just off the square near Madam Tussaud’s. Breakfast was an excellent selection. Just need to iron out a few teething problems with room service and the cleaning staff to be a little more observant. Once that is done it will be perfect. "
