"Missed in the room tea Katle to make coffe or tea."
Over all stay had been pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable. Both house cleaning ,concierge and reception personnel have been helpful and professional. The location is superb. The maintenance is good.
Used the pool and health club which are nice and accommodating
Price of breakfast is somewhat on the expensive side.
Opened in March 2015, with a quirky clasical music theme. All staff very keen to please and made excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the city. The top floor bar and restaurant has amazing views across the city skyline but when we were there was not operational - perhaps in a few weeks.
We stayed at this hotel for the bank holiday and it was fantastic, we stayed in the suite on the 4th floor and it was superb. It had the extras we had ordered such as prosecco, on ice ready for our arrival, chocolate strawberries etc. The suite was an upgrade my partner had booked by surprise and the hotel staff all played along with it, they knew it had been upgraded but failed to tell me that (I was the person who booked originally) and told me it was a standard room as my partner had requested they didn't tell me. They assisted us with finding local attractions and their recommendations were fantastic as well for lesser known areas. Their level of local knowledge is unbelievable.
The location of this hotel was perfect. Close to the Danube and easy to access public transport. Small grocery stores nearby to purchase snacks and Hungarian items, such as Unicum. Provided us free bottled water daily.
Nice modern hotel close to Parlement. Room was very modern, clean, comfy. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice. All the staff were amazing and made our stay most enjoyable. Only negative was the awful view from our room on the 4th floor of the horrid building next door but then we only slept in the room.
On the eastern side of the Danube, Pest is Buda’s flatter, edgier cousin. Tree-lined Andrassy Avenue was originally designed as Budapest’s answer to the Champs-Elysees. Heroes’ Square lies at the eastern end of Andrassy Avenue and is home to the impressive Millennium Monument. Hungarian gifts, food, and souvenirs can be found in Pest’s multi-storey Great Market Hall, the largest in Budapest.
