Lovely hotel that is close to public transport so easy for exploring the city. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Staff are helpful and speak English, we dined at the hotel and the food was excellent.

The cost was an extra 40$ CAD approximately which felt silly for an end of the day dip in the pool. Otherwise exceptional hotel.

I had stayed here about 10 years ago and was impressed with just how beautiful the renovation of this hotel is. They’ve done an excellent job in maintaining facility considering that the Ritz Carlton is about $400 more a night. I think it’s impossible to justify this truly great Hotel

Great location closed to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, especially the spa which I would recommend access to. The staff were all very helpful, specifically the concierge team that made some bookings and gave us great suggestions. We were very grateful for a complimentary upgrade to a lovely executive room.
