The property seems old, which is perhaps why the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I would stay here each and every time. The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room wss comfortable and clean and also more spacious than most. Breakfast is available and I can highly recommend the food available. Special thanks to the conceirge staff who wwre fruendly and very professional. The service is awful, they put in a room with a very small window and the corridor outside was full of rubbish and not clean at all. At least I could changed room ( after a long negotiation) it’s certainly was bigger but the view wasn’t nice and I couldn’t opened the window ! There was a big flack on the roof and the sheets were dirty not even a water bottle in the room ! They weren’t very helpful at reception ( only one of the night receptionist was nice ) They yelled on me just because I took a 🍌 out of the breakfast room ! La prima impressione avvinandosi all'hotel non è propriamente positiva in quanto la facciata sembra di un hotel fuoriuso/abbandonato, mentre all'interno si presenta abbastanza bene. La nota più negativa riguarda la colazione, con poca scelta e molto povera. Se scendevamo 10 minuti in ritardo, si rischiava di trovare il buffet vuoto, sia di salato che di dolce (oltretutto la scelta sul dolce risultava molto scarsa).
