"We were completely lost when we got off the train, dark streets and no info on how to reach the hotel. We tried calling but only could get recorded info but thankfully there was 1 person we saw and he was able to give us the direction to head. It was as residential neighborhood, very little lighting and kind of scary. We had to walk in the dark 10-12 blocks!!!! When we arrived the desk clerk wasn’t very concerned and ended up giving us to drink vouchers🙄"

"Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel itself was clean & modern & the breakfast had a really good variety of food & drink options (although if you like a proper English breakfast, don't expect it to be exactly as it is in the UK). It was in a quieter location but we still found it easy to get everywhere either on foot, taxi or tram. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
