I have never been emailed by any hotel I have ever booked but Eurostars Budapest Centre sent me an email once I had booked advising me of several options of reaching their hotel from the airport including an offer to use their preferred taxi airport transfer and the cost of the transfer. Also advised of tourist info and tours which they could help arrange if required. All the staff were helpful and smiling and couldn't do enough to help. A full breakfast was included and food was replenished as soon as it started to run down. The breakfast receptionist was always smiling and helpful as were the other staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Europe.

A pleasurable experience at a nice hotel. Upgrade given to a suite at check in was a nice bonus for a 3 night stay. Having stayed in both a Deluxe room and a Suite on visits in May and November this year I found both rooms very nice and spacious and the large bathrooms also had a separate walk in shower as well as a bath tub. Nice breakfast and nice staff taking care of your needs.
The location and staff were wonderful. I'd asked for a fan and comforter, which the very nice staff presented in my room. I ordered a delicious meal from room service, who also provided me with a in-room coffee machine. Necessary mini-bar and safe. Bathroom spacious w/large, non-slipper shower. I thank the Boutique Hotel & staff for providing me, and I'm sure others, with a very pleasant stay. Nice breakfast too. the hotel is close to the markets and metro, making this one your good choice of a home-away-from-home!
Good job ladies and gentlemen! Thanks again.
Me and 2 Freands stayed for a lads holiday, can be tricky to find at first but I did a bit of research before we went and found it ok, the rooms are basic but comfortable, location could not have been better and the staff were warm and friendly, I would stay hear again

We stayed at the Marriot Budapest in an Executive lounge king bed room. It was wonderful. The view of the Danube was magnificent both day and night. The concierge service was helpful with helping us book dinner, piano and river cruise and the breakfast, soup and appetizers with drinks in the evening were delicious as was sitting on the patio there watching the sunset and the lights of the buildings and bridges come on over the Danube. Magical.
On the eastern side of the Danube, Pest is Buda’s flatter, edgier cousin. Tree-lined Andrassy Avenue was originally designed as Budapest’s answer to the Champs-Elysees. Heroes’ Square lies at the eastern end of Andrassy Avenue and is home to the impressive Millennium Monument. Hungarian gifts, food, and souvenirs can be found in Pest’s multi-storey Great Market Hall, the largest in Budapest.
