"After a very difficult booking process, I arrived at the property hoping to get a good night sleep. The door on the balcony couldn't close properly. As a result the entire night was horrible. cold air and noise from the nearby O2 and River boat meant I barely slept at all. I informed them of what was happening and all I was told was to manage it through the night and that it would be fixed the next day. I went to work and back and still the door wasn't sorted. No communication, NOTHING. I slept...

"The apartment was perfectly adequate. Minutes from Abbey Wood station and a supermarket at the bottom of the building. Only one wine glass meant we had to buy some, a large pan had the handle falling off and crockery had chips in it so some work needs to be done here. We were here for the London Marathon and the apartment suited our needs for 3 nights but it definitely needs some attention."

No reply about the process via Expedia messenger in advance, tried to call the number on the booking multiple times during the afternoon before heading to the property and then when we arrived with it going straight to voicemail, then called Expedia customer service who had the same issue initially before finally getting through to someone. After waiting stood outside in the freezing cold on the phone to Expedia for an hour we booked into another hotel and gave up,...

"Ideal for visiting the o2 as we did, rather noisy around with building works when arrived but quiet over night. Reception said they would come back to us regarding a room upgrade but didn’t? Shower way too hot with apparent little option to adjust, that may have just been our room? Breakfast overall was nice but hot food not great, only scrambled egg which wasn’t the best, only streaky bacon and sausage poor quality, no baked beans, tinned mushrooms! Nice coffee, quiet relaxing dining area...

"Absolutely appalling service. Rude communication and they clearly aren't permitted to be renting the apartment out as all very suspicious and secretive. Staff met us down the street and would not come in to the building with us. DO NOT BOOK."
