Great place

Brand new flat at superb location and great views overlooking the Thames and the O2. Pros: Place was clean, brand new, great location right next to N.Greenwich tube, superb balcony, 24h concierge. Cons: Mattress was not of the best quality, lift fob not working (had to ask for concierge assistance each time), window blinds do not totally block light in the morning (so if you stay around summer solstice be ready for light from 4.30am), very small amount of shampoo available on the premises for the duration of the stay.

After a very difficult booking process, I arrived at the property hoping to get a good night sleep. The door on the balcony couldn't close properly. As a result the entire night was horrible. cold air and noise from the nearby O2 and River boat meant I barely slept at all. I informed them of what was happening and all I was told was to manage it through the night and that it would be fixed the next day. I went to work and back and still the door wasn't sorted. No communication, NOTHING. I slept another night in the room with the door open. Lost my voice top the cold, and felt poorly for days after that. I would never stay in this apartment again and neither will I allow my company book me in or any one I know. It was a horrific experience.

Felt like no one had bothered to clean the apartment, floors were dirty, and the bed sheets and pillows had stains and had a horrible smell. Other than that the view and the amenities were good. Communication through this apartment was thorough with updates by phone regularly however booked to meet at 16:00 and was greeted at 17:00 due to other customers so suggestion would be to hire more staff to give the keys.
