"Hotel is well used and needs some renovation . Pool is shallow 0,9 to 1,5m deep. Sauna smelly . Steam room and jacuzzi were nice . Bedding was clean bed comfortable, broken tiles in the bathroom, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant smell of beer and needs a deep clean "

"From the moment I walked through the door the immediate comfort and expectation was met! I didn’t get the front desk ladies name however it was around 3pm I checked in on Friday and she was lovely, asked about my plans, and was overall just a bubbly welcoming person. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Perfect stay."

"Service from reception to bar and restaurant was excellent. Parking was very close to the hotel. Restaurant food was nice and good portion size. Location is perfect. We had a sea view room 227 and it was lovely with the window open and listening to the waves. Very peaceful. Cooked breakfast and juice was excellent cant fault the staff or service. "This BnB has become part of the Central hotel which is evidently being refurbished but this did not mar our stay in any way. The staff were fabulous and could not have done more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. The or mountainhotel was clean and quiet with lovely sea view rooms. The breakfast was perfect , well cooked, high quality produce and good portion options. We will be back in November and are already loiking forward to it. "

"Amazing! Myself and my 12 year old son spent two nights here over bank holiday! The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Including little touches, shower cap, eye mask and ear buds, slippers and ear plugs. There were a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water! All staff were friendly and welcoming! Breakfast had a huge variety and cooked to your own liking! The location was excellent, over looked the pier and the beach! We plan to rebook for later this year! Highly recommend thank you...

"Warm friendly welcome ,staff pleasant and helpful.The bedroom was large , clean and tidy, the bathroom had some issues with paintwork that needs updating and the side of the shower unit base needed repair- but there are signs- on arrival-that room maintenance is ongoing. The breakfast was plentiful both in choice and amount! A great place for a seaside break."
