"The location worked great for the conference I was attending. It was challenging to pick up the key in a different location than the property I was actually staying at. The Uber driver dropped me off quite a distance from the front desk location and dragging my luggage around was difficult."

"We were required to pay for extras after we had booked, and our booking was non refundable. When we checked in, we were told that although there were 3 toilets, only one could be used for defecation. That was the one next to the utility closet. The other 2 could only be used for urination, or they would back up into the other toilets and cause a mess. The view out the window was not accurately depicted. The owners should disclose that there is major construction going on. The apartment is...

"This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. "

"We needed a venue close to the o2 that didn’t break the bank and the ark was just the place 1 stop on the tube got us to the 02 in minutes And a lovely walk along the water to the station was nice "
