I felt that the furniture could do with an update (the sofas were very uncomfortable, which is the main reason for my low score on comfort). The beds were comfortable which is the main thing. The apartment was also VERY hot. It was uncomfortable when sleeping on the first night. The second night I propped open all the windows with tea spoons (yes really, the windows didn't stay open by themselves) then it was slighlty more bearable.
