"Granted, it’s not the most lavish hotel room I’ve ever had but you simply can’t get a better location! Breakfast is included and Wi-Fi doesn’t require a pesky password. Shopping is right outside the door (the hotel is actually part of a shopping mall) and there are tons of restaurants around, many of which offer discounts to guests of the hotel. "Convenient and near the station"

"Good location, nice rooms, nice food, pleasant people but was moments from not being allowed to stay. They insist on the card you booked with on checking in although payment for the room was paid in full via paypal. We had no intentions to use the on-site bar but I assume it was because they don’t have a high spec tab system so expect to have an open tab on every room. Was complicated as we had no card on us, often our rooms are paid for by our purchasing department. It just didn’t make sense...

"We loved our room and most of the staff was very nice but there was one young lady who informed us they were no longer cooking food at 9pm even though the menu you said “Order Anytime.” No hours of operation were posted. We understood until she took a break next to us in the lobby and ate the very meal we were going to order in front of us! "

"Overall a good stay, nothing special but was comfy and pleasant - can’t remember his name but the night manager with the piercings is a credit to your company. What an angel he was! Super welcoming after a long day. "

"From the time we arrived until we left couldn't fault it..Staff were fantastic and very polite and helpful.. breakfast was freshly cooked. Anything we needed we just asked they couldn't help us enough fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend it "
