"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

"We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. "Property was lovely, staff kind and room was immaculate. However, they refused to allow us to check in before 3 pm, even though we arrived after an overnight flight at 10 am. I offered to pay for early checkin and they said no rooms were cleaned. We were exhausted and had to wait in the lobby for hours, along with several other guests in the same situation. This hotel is used by many cruise passengers who are coming from overseas so they must realize their guests will arrive after long flights....
