"I check in late because I do have a fly delay, a beautiful lady the works in the reception told me she will help me even if I check in late. One night we have very heavy rain, and the roof was leaking all night, the leaking noise wake me up, call reception but hotel crew only help me with some extra towel to cover the water, but they fixed next day. When I check out I told them I will be back."

"No hot water, ants on the sink, very old building, no one on staff spoke any English, would not call us a taxi, really poor part of town although close to the zocalo and waterfront. We were the only Canadians or Americans there and that put stress on the staff, for which we felt bad."

"Absolutely wonderful. People so nice. Embroidered towels! Daily maid with beautifully folded toilet paper!! Nice kitchen with granite!! We ve stayed for weeks and it’s so convenient walking to restaurants and even banks and Walmart!! "

Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7."

"I like the welcoming and the people there. I think it wasn't what I was looking to book a room in Acapulco, but I used to the transportation, more than half hour in the evening last mini bus at nine, so be ready to leave Acapulco around 8 a taxi will charge around 400 pesos or more."
