Stayed at the Zen resort. Great welcoming environment. Relaxing. pampered. Spa too expensive for what they offer, though. Excellent restaurants, although food somewhat scant in some of them (Piaff and, De Autor). Quality of drinks intermediate. Beaches resorts with excellent infinity pool and wet bar. Azul and Lucca best places to eat. Watch out at Piaf restaurant with sommelier trying to have you choose from an expensive list of wines not included in the "all inclusive". "All inclusive" should also include spa serpvices for more moderate prices or a try for free. Quality of "de la casa" wines and Caba (champagne) pretty low.
Overall great experience for reconnecting with significant other. Very satisfactory place to spend a week.
It took about a day to unwind and appreciate this resort. Once we settled in, we had a wonderful time. Food is a really big deal for us and this resort delivered. Service was great. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our requests were taken care of. The view from the infinity pool is like a post card. Spent a lot of time there sipping on drinks and taking it all in. The beach is very clean (no rocks). Nothing but white sand as far as the eye can see. I couldn't wait to play in the waves every day. I already miss it! Great vacation.
We enjoyed playing the golf course, the greens were a little hard to putt on. Enjoyed our boat rides and the boat drivers were well informed about the area and sights. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Incredible villa! Very private, spacious and luxurious. This property is very special. The service is superb. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have an option for snacks and small meals on the property. The restaurants are fabulous, but I prefer to have a simpler breakfast & lunch and then a nice dinner out.
I have traveled all over the world and have never have experienced some wonderful care & service. I felt like I was home. The staff were so caring and friendly. The hotel was amazingly gorgeous. They have kept the mexican tradition alive in this hotel. They have a lady that comes on a daily basis and makes tortillas for the guests. The food was five star. I can go on and on. Amazing!
Just returned from a very relaxing 4-night stay. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Check-in is very smooth. No waiting in line at a check-in desk. You are greeted with a refreshing drink, tour of the resort and a golf cart ride to your room. The resort is small and intimate. Very beautiful! The food is outstanding! However, there are only 3 restaurants, so if you're looking for a variety of different types of cuisines you won't find that at this resort. There was no swimming in the ocean and there was lots of seaweed in the water and on the beach, but we weren't looking to swim in the ocean. The pool is one of the best we've seen. It's the perfect size with some deeper areas and areas with a few inches of water for lounging. The guys that work around the pool are so friendly and again willing to get you anything you want. The lounge chairs are very comfy. Be sure to the pool early to get a good spot with an umbrella. One of the down sides of this resort is that there is no entertainment at night. The resort is pretty much dead after 9pm. You can go to other sister resorts in the area like Secretes for nighttime entertainment, but you need to pay for your own transportation (taxi). Since this is the highest level resort in the grouping, I would expect free transportation to the near-by sister resorts. Also, the spa and other activities like snorkeling, private dinners, etc. are expensive. We really enjoyed our stay though and can't wait to go back
