The room smelled like there was mold, but it it was just the humidity in the air, it was exceptionally clean. The maid washed all the tiled walls and floors every day we were thers. Bring your own coffee for the coffee machines, as they don't provide that. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pools are very clean. We are definetely planning on going back.

The room for my business trip was acceptable. One light buld was out, no big deal. The floors were rubber coated, different! The restaurant did not have an English written menu. I struggled through but it would have been good to know what all my options were. I speak no Spannish. The wine list option was dreadful. They had one brand of white, Sauvignon Blanc I believe, a Merlot and one ther red and that was it. The reds were also chilled. Terrible! The waiter service was also slow, especially keeping in mind there were few people sitting in the restaurant.

What a great value this place is!!! The staff was very friendly and the beach area was very well kept and service was outstanding. I will most definitely stay here again, and although there may be more luxurious hotels along the strip I doubt that it would be worth the extra costs. I would give this place a B and that's good enough for me.
i have stayed at this hotel several times but first time as private suites.....the room was fine except it was privately owned and did not allow all the hotel perks....could not get beach towel at the pool.....room not cleaned daily.....door feel off bathroom vainty...cold water faucet in bathroom would not turn off and had to turn off the water under the sink.....the room was fine and preety and these little things did not bother me ...would not stay in this room again if rooms are available in the general hotel...
