Staff were so attentive to their guest. Overall i recommend the hotel.

The staff are incredible! They will bend over backwards to assist you. We are so grateful for their kindness! Great and central location. Night markets are in walkable distance. The only minor issue is the pool is actually a spa. Otherwise would recommend!

Good value for money, althoughna few hicups along the way with a coupleof things butnstaff sort out and do listen to feedback. Breakfast was an early finish at 9.30. Be nice till 10 to give people a chance to lie in occasionally, also limited choice but enough for a quick bite

Well located, clean, and comfortable accomodation in the heart of the old quarter.

Good hotel overall for our first trip to Hanoi. However, not 5 stars by western standards, funky smell in room which other reviews note, smells damp or mildly. In comparison, some other people we met on our trip had similar or better quality/smelling rooms at hotels marked 3 and 4 star for less than half the price. Also: Everything in this hotel such as food/drink/massage/side trips is very high priced compared to options just outside the front door on the same street.
