The room was spotless, and housekeeping was completed to a high standard. All areas of the hotel were in good order and pristine.
Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good with a vast range to choose from, hot and cold. Coffee and teas were plentiful and the star of the show for me was freshly squeezed orange juice. The buffet dinner at €30 each includes one drink and all you can eat. I found this terrific value and the delicious food was of super quality.
The hotel swimming pool had plenty of sunbeds but not all have umbrellas. Pool bar serves a variety of drinks and excellent snacks and lunches. The garden gate leads to a short walk to the beach (which is accessed by a long flight of steps with two or three places to rest on benches and platforms ). Beach has a great restaurant/bar and sunbeds for €20 for two. I believe there is an underground car park at the hotel which can be accessed via the lift.
The hotel is really quite quiet considering how close it is to some rather lively bars and it's thankfully as far away from The Strip to not be bothered by the noise. Not really a hotel for young people looking for a 'party' place, the majority of the clientele were middle aged or older.

Hotel is dated, clean, service staff were overall great. No restaurant - meals available at sister hotel. Had an incident at the hotel which was handled by " Sid " in a very poor manner. He should take a course on conflict mediation based on his performance. Luckily another staff member "Amna " stepped in and resolved the issue. Amna is a 5 star employee. Meals at sister hotel were varied and edible. Restaurant was nice, clean and staff service focused. Other than the incident, everything was ok.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, limited tea/coffee supplies with extras needed to be bought from the mini market onsite which wasn’t open during my stay.
The sauna was not functioning either.
Gluten free options at breakfast were limited despite giving enough notice of my dietary needs. The location and overall look of the hotel was good.

This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette).
The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch.
The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with information or requests. The hotel has changed ownership and lost some local flavour and personality but it is a very comfortable stay while visiting the area.

We went as a family of 4 with a 10 and 12 year old. We had such a lovely stay. We had a family room which was perfect because the kids had their own room and bathroom.
All the staff were friendly. It’s the first hotel we have been to where we didn’t have to wake up so early to get sunbeds.
The breakfast was plentiful and lunch at the pool bar was good quality. The gym was brilliant.
We went to Rubi bar every evening for a drink - the cocktails are very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous room overlooking the pool,beach and sea. Magical to wake up to the sounds of waves lapping against the shore.
Staff are exceptional especially Joana & Irina in the hotel bar, both are real superstars!!
Breakfast buffet style with everything you could wish for.
