We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Check in was quick with a genuinely friendly and helpful front desk team. We upgraded to all-inclusive and found it offered excellent value.
The hotel was busy, which meant service could be a little slower at peak times, but the restaurants and overall facilities more than made up for it. The teens club was brilliant, it was air-conditioned, with a pool table, PS5s loaded with FIFA and other games, it gave the kids a welcome break from the heat (Raul was great with the kids). The pools were excellent, and the sports facilities were a real bonus.
All in all, a very positive experience. We’d be happy to return.

I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working.

Great staff. Great location. Excellent fun safe hotel especially for the lgbtq+ community. I will only say to please upgrade your elevators. They seem a bit clanky. Myself and one of my guest got stuck for a short period and it was a bit unerving.
