We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough to start the day. The hotel’s restaurant was also consistently good, making dining convenient. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the resort fee included 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Though, the resort fee is almost same as renting the chairs on the spot.
The location on Ocean Drive is excellent—perfect for enjoying the oceanfront atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!

While the hotel was great in all the different categories the staff going out of their way to help stood out the most. I had some issues with parking and really appreciated the efforts they went to resolve them!
