Room was fairly clean, the toilet could have used a deep cleaning. The staff were all AMAZING! Very courteous and helpful. The pools were all great, the ocean was amazing! Kid friendly, good atmosphere! The food was a let down. We did enjoy the t bone at LaVista, and the salad bar. I wish there were more variety at the buffet. Or switch food up for breakfast buffet. The entertainment was okay. We played Bingo, did a dance lesson, volleyball, laraoke, and it was all very enjoyable! We would recommend this resort, and we will return in the future, next time with the kids!

Great service from staff, best food of the many all inclusives we have visited. Large comfortable rooms with excellent cleaning service.
Pools galore esp the lazy river. Beach however was a problem due to seaweed even although the hotel has trying their best to keep it clean.

Great property for families traveling with younger kids. The main pool is fantastic, and having the smaller water park area for young kids is great. For adults or those with older kids, you may want to look at another property on premise that is more geared for their age / closer to water sports.

Great all-inclusive resort. The food was absolutely outstanding, the drinks were also great. It was not jampacked with people and felt very private. There was never a wait for meals and there was plenty of loungers and seat seats at the pool.
