I thought the service was excellent! By the pool waiters were there to get you anything you could want. The accomodations were also excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with 5 of us and it was more than enough space. The balconies were huge and a great spot to unwind. The food at the buffet was top.notch and each night had a different theme. The food was of the highest quality.
If I had to be a bit critical, I wished there would have been a bit more activity wise for the kids. The pools were great but that got a bit repetitive for our kids. The giant inflatable was not quite the same as what was advertised. Maybe invest in some more life jackets that are kids sized.
As mentioned before the food was top notch but a few more options wouldn't have hurt. Also room service was ok but often super backed up.
All in all a great laid back vibe. Would go back with adults but might look for something a bit more kid centric if I were bringing the family again

The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I.
All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was.

I honestly loved our stay. Staffffffffff is amazzzzing. Had the drinks coming. Once they get to know you and know what you like to drink .. you don't even have to ask. It is ready for you. Rooms are amazing even though we didn't stay in our rooms too much.
Food stations throughout all day long as well
Activities to do at the resort. Some might need to be changed . For example the axe throwing and the archery was a little on the not so exciting. The bingo was fun and hilarious. The circus night on Saturday was fun. Very nice excellent. More of an outdoor banquet with show. Very beautiful.
Mor food than you can even ask for and drinks .
I loved feeling safe at this hotel. Very new and clean.
We went for a nice relaxing stay. We also did the spa which was great.
Not so much of a wild party hotel.
