This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days.

Amazing customer service by the Reception staff, especially Ibrahim, who went out of his way to help me book a travel ticket as I was not able to do so. He also kindly upgraded me to a suite, a very generous gesture.
Even though I only stayed a night and couldn't use any amenities, I had a great experience and felt at home !
