A very relaxing stay at the aptly named Oasis. The hotel and grounds are very well kept, The service is very good with hotel housekeeping being particularly diligent. There are sufficient sun loungers with no issues. The poolside team are very friendly and efficient. The hotel has direct access onto the beach. The room was comfortable with a good sea view.

Unfortunately for us we had some bad experiences which left a bitter taste in our mouth. 1. The room itself looks good, but in close inspection was lacking in maintenance, kitchen drawers that refused to stay shut, lights in wardrobe faulty/flickering, shower cubicle is dangerously slippery with no matt. A touch pad for lights and AC that you need a degree in science to work out. We also found a Kamagra gel packet that was under our vanity until, it was there on 1st day and still 2 weeks later, says a lot for the cleaning team. 2. Poolside food is very over priced, we ordered 2x smashed burgers, I informed the staff we were in the Sanctuary at time of ordering, 1 hour later they found us and gave us the luke warm food, I complained about this and returned the food, to which it had been served back to us after being reheated. 3. We did have a lovely meal in 360 restaurant which we would definitely recommend, but this was soon spoiled by the extortionate price we were charged for 2x Rum & Cokes at €36. 4. Arrived on late Thursday morning on 14th May. Stood outside for 6 minutes before the virtual receptionist let us in. We had to wait till approximately 2.30 to get into our room. The resort was not busy so cannot see why we couldn’t have obtained our room earlier. We were informed that the rooms only get serviced every other day which we thought was a bit strange as every other apartment/ hotel room we have stayed at has always been serviced everyday day with beds made, bathrooms cleaned and fresh towels provided. The bar didn’t opened until 12 so if you wanted a drink before this time you were out of luck - if you wanted a drink after 6 you would have to go into the resort or buy your own. Everything in the bar is out of bottles and cans - nothing is run on draft. The drinks are not cheap either. We were spending €50 per day on 4 gin and tonics. The bar food on offer the first day was fine. The other days we were given a basic menu and told that the kitchen was closed (we have since found out that the chef was on holiday and the other chef was having an operation) while we understand this - the management should of got someone in to cover the absenteeism. So we were offered basic ping food which for the price they wanted we didn’t think was acceptable. WiFi is awful - you have to reconnect everyday if not every time you leave your apartment. On the plus side you have two amazing staff - Davide and Muta - who were brilliant and very friendly and helpful on all accounts.

Gym is fab Staff are lovely and helpful Would highly recommend We had a fab holiday here Great and safe location

Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests
