Our stay here was amazing! Really spacious unit. It really feels more like an apartment than a regular hotel. Ours came equipped with an electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, etc. It also came with a water dispenser! This eliminated our worries about finding water and constantly going to the store and grabbing some. The front desk was also super helpful, and they provided beach umbrellas for us to use free of charge as long as we brought it back. The hotel itself was beautiful, and it was very close to the lively 5th avenue, but I felt like we were far enough to be able to enjoy a quiet sleep at night. We were only a 12 minute walk from the beautiful playa mamitas, which was sargassum free when we went.

Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Our stay at this hotel was a horrible experience. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected much better cleanliness, customer service, and organization. Unfortunately, the hotel was not clean, and the staff was not friendly or accommodating at all. One of the biggest issues was the restaurant reservation system. It was nearly impossible to make reservations, and we were told we had to pay an additional $350 just to be able to eat at the restaurants, despite already paying for an all-inclusive stay. What made this even more frustrating was that when we were finally seated, the restaurant was half empty with plenty of available tables. The same thing happened at the small nightclub. Several sections were marked as “reserved,” but guests had to pay extra to sit there. Again, this was an all-inclusive resort. The remaining free seating consisted of only about six seats, making it extremely difficult to find somewhere to sit. Overall, it felt like we were constantly being asked to pay extra for things that should have been included. Between the cleanliness issues, unfriendly staff, ridiculous reservation process, and additional charges, this was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. There are plenty of other resorts where you can spend your money and actually feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
