An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! Lovely stay in the centre of Venice. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with something for everyone. Also had our room upgraded.

Great staff Breakfast could have more vairety

We like the hotel for the location and size since we travel with a family of 4. However the air conditioning was poor and bed were very uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor.

Everything was wonderful....great staff..all with loads of personality....best stay i have ever had in multiple trips to Venice.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities one would need. Also, a quieter part of Venice but close enough to restaurants and shopping

Beautiful hotel - great location!

We had a great stay, the town of Murano is quiet. Staff was great and the room was very cleaned. The buffet in the mornings was pretty good so the money was worth it. We loved a small restaurant called Osteria Al Duomo which was down the street. The Murano glass factory was a cool, as you can see the employees making many things out of glass. It was a different experience as everything is through water taxi, so there aren’t any vehicles. We loved it.
