Cheap Flights from Marco Polo Airport

Staff very professional, friendly and helpful

Simply love British Airways especially the staff

Very loud drunk passengers, a lot of swearing and use of foul language throughout the whole flight. Attendants did not say anything to them. There were young children on the flight. They used sexual phrases and screamed ‘we are all going to die’, attendants should have asked them to stop.

Flight was delayed but departed as soon as they possibly could

Fully booked flight - no room in overhead lockers - a bit inconvenient

Basically you know what you are getting with EasyJet. No thrills just get where you are going with no fuss. Staff are cool, not moody or miserable as they can be on some budget airlines.

Just that I was very hot and there were no air vents above my seat.

Daughter wasn’t well on the flight and the cabin crew were amazingly helpful couldn’t have done more x

Easy ,cheap and relaxed

Being a big chap always find seat belt difficult to connect, ok going out (26C) but a real struggle coming back (25C), are some seats different to others, dont think I got any bigger on my w/e trip !!

Overall it was a very good flight, and the staff on board extremely efficient and cortueos except for the person at the check in who didn't pay me much attention as she was busy recounting personal things to a colleague. I was rather annoyed and taken back from this behaviour to the point that I was almost going to ask her name to report situation to BA. In the end I made up my mind to go along with it not ruin my day.
