"The hotel is in a great location. Half way between the Rialto bridge and St Mark square. Easy to get to by water bus. Short walk from the water bus stop. The staff and facilities is very nice. The rooms are nice but the beds are a bit stiff. The a/c is great. Breakfast was in a nice area and there was a variety of food which was delicious. During our stay it was very hot and humid and this was a great place for to go to after tours and walks throughout Venice. Everything was within walking distance. Great stay."
