On first impression, I was a somewhat disappointed how ever as I settled in, I found the rooms to be comfortable, the amenities very good; the gym is open 24 hrs, and pool area relaxing. The location is excellent and is on the main stretch of Muraqqabat St., and a 10 min walk to Al Ghurair and Reef Malls. I ended up enjoying my stay very much and extending it.

The booking procedure was terrible i booked wrong dates in the hotel lobby and informed them. They refused to change it and i finally left dubai without using it. When i sent someone over they made the check-in impossible out of 3nights they allowed his spend 1 night
