The pool area is great, clean, plenty of sunbeds, towels really tatty. Hotel was obviously built to a high spec but has be left unmaintained. This would be our third visit to the hotel, mostly governed by its location. Medina 20 min walk, Gueliz 20 mins. However, the shower head and sealant now dirty, we had water coming through the light fitting on two occaisions. Reception staff, some are super helpful, some are surely and having ordered a taxi at 8am for 11am to go to the airport I was not amused that no taxi was available. It is a shame that the hotel standards have deteriorated yet again

Kenzie was an absolute dream. We had a long journey and my son was not feeling well when we arrived. The manager at Kenzie treated us like family. He offered us early check in. He made sure my family and I were well take. Care of. I honestly feel like we wouldn’t have Siri Ed the trip without him. Thank you so much for your compassion and hospitality. Everything about the resort was perfect. Beautifully manicured, good food, lots of activities, beautiful pools, and wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our accommodations were stunning. We are so grateful that we chose Kenzie.

L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!!
Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire!
Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit!
De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons.
Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

"I think you get what you pay for. Summer is definitely not a good time to stay here. No fans no AC in the rooms. Very close to all tourist attractions. Ghazi was extremely helpful and did his best to provide comfortable stay. Common bathrooms toilets for each floor with 5 rooms."
