Great location and beautiful rooms. Service was great!!!!

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Staff was amazing, Kind, welcoming people, helpful and always a smile on their faces. The place is beautiful and had the best time of our lives. We will definitely be back. Breakfast and food in general is delicious.

Reservamos nuestro cuarto que tenia piscina privada con un mes de anticipación y la noche anterior del vuelo cuando quise programar la.recogida en lancha nadie me dio respuesta en todo el dia hasta que a las 6 de la tarde del dia anterior del viaje me dicen que sobrevendiwron nuestro cuarto y que nos acomodarian en lo qie para ellos fue mas facil sin tener en cuenta nuestras necesidades, tuvimos que aceptar porque ya teníamos check in en vuelos y no podianos perder nuestro dinero, el hotel al que nos llevaron es uno de los que las personas pasan solo el dia porque no hay nada para hacer allí solo eatabamos.nosotros.3 y una pareja y a las 7 de la noche nos encerramos.en nuestra habitación sin nada que hacer, cancelamos esa noche y fuimos a pagar un airbnb para irnos al siguiente dia, la peor experiencia que hemos tenido y esperemos que el hotel o Expedia nos respondan por la devolución de nuestro dinero no recomiendo ninguna de estas

The Hotel Voila Centro Historico was a wonderful venue. It's located inside the walled city of Cartagena. The lobby and restaurants are beautiful, clean, and inviting and the food is tasty and delicious. The rooftop bar was a beautiful place to have a drink and take in the lovely view of the city during the day and at night. It was also a place to have breakfast in the morning and swim in the afternoon in the inviting pool. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly and assisted me with any questions I had and directions that I needed. My room was large and well appointed. The bathroom and shower was large and clean. The location of the property was central to all activities in the walled city. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cartagena, Colombia.

Excellent hotel...only complaint was one of the electrical outlets did not work and the room did not have a microwave...
