West Country All inclusive Holidays

Lovely hotel that is a short walk away from the sea, staff were very friendly and room was very nice with great selection for breakfast, also pretty cheap for how good it is

We were are the third floor, no elevator. Our room could have ued a magnifying mirror in bathroom, as the mirror was too high for a short person.

Nice hotel, fantastic spa. Sadly the staff are overworked but they are very professional and work their butt's off.

Easy to find, lovely staff welcomed us & the room was great, nice and modern had a good hot powerful shower, comfy bed & a full length mirror. Everything we needed for a one night stay. We walked back from the Nici which took about 20 minutes but it was a lovely warm evening.

Small room with double bed as I was travelling alone. Room had air conditioning and was clean and comfortable. Only addition I would have liked was a small fridge and a bottle of water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was adequate and clean with nice equipment.

Great hotel. The manager at the front desk was very helpful. Room was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.

Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. The bed/bedding and the bathroom were nice but the remainder of the room was very curiously furnished. The times of availability for breakfast were very limited and we did not have it.
