Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well. Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been. Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!

Great, well maintained vintage property. Staff was all very helpful and professional. The pool area was a bit small and not always accessible, but that would be the only criticism.

Recently renovated property. Very spacious, comfortable rooms. But needs improvements- shower just has a flimsy shower curtain, no bath tub so all water flows out to toilet seat. Staff does minimum cleaning. Coffee machine provided but no coffee, stirrer etc. fridge in room but no microwave/nothing to heat . Only one restaurant on site and once that closes, no vending machine etc

Beautiful, well maintained property that is an architectural gem. Room was recently renovated and clean. Pools are generally great, although the larger one with the water slide (which is a lot of fun), could have been cleaned and there was a lack of staff at that one. Other than that, it’s a really special hotel.

From the breathtaking property to the exceptional hospitality, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess truly exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations in the Privado Premier Suite were absolutely stunning! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and luxury. It was genuinely one of the most beautiful hotel accommodations I’ve ever experienced. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the Fairmont Gold Lounge, which was such a wonderful addition to our stay. The delicious refreshments, inviting atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made the experience feel even more special. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and welcoming. Their dedication to providing exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and they truly made our family feel valued. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We will cherish the memories we made here and would absolutely love to return! ❤️
