Room was clean, great ocean view and view of amenities. Staff pleasant and helpful. Pool deck and hot tub could use some power washing.

Nice hotel, cool rooftop pool.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting: dated, dirty, smelled awful, vents covered in dust and mold and everything was falling apart of broken (drawers, closet door, bathroom mirror). The grounds were poorly maintained, elevators filthy, hallways dirty, landscaping overgrown, fountain covered in mildew. The hotel store barely had any options and staff was “stepped away” multiple times without anyone there to service customers. The parking lot is a joke, never any parking spots so I spent 15+ minutes driving in circles looking for a spot every time. The blow up slide on the beach should be torn down. It was filthy, covered in mold, very poorly maintained. Half of the hotel beach lounge chairs were covered in bird crap and forget the staff on the beach…they were too busy trying to get young girls numbers to be bothered helping anyone. This place needs a lot of work especially for the prices they charge. Would not recommend.
