Very clean and nice staff very good pool and bar

Everything besides the spa and smoke house was wonderful and only because I had an itinerary already planned I didn’t get to enjoy those spaces so pls don’t take it as an insult or bad review. Water park and pools was great for kids and adults our room in our building was nice and clean and we were able to wash if needed to thanks to washer and dryer in our suite and sleep was beyond good no interruptions very peaceful and quiet when time to whine dwn and sleep thank you for being good to us we will stay again in the future

When we first arrived they put us in a horrible townhome, live big roaches, place smelled like smoke , no ac , it was awful!! But I later complained about the place and they moved us to the remodel townhome which was entirely better!! They definitely made us happy campers with no problems! I don’t understand why they don’t put everyone in the remodeled section in the first place but I’m just glad they made it right. My kids enjoyed everything, so I was happy. I’d definitely come back . There’s so much to do with your kids here. Also, the pools and waterparks stay open late for you to enjoy .

3 restaurants and 1 poolside. The Italian and Mexican restaurant close early and the sports bar stays open late. Good breakfast buffet.

This was a nice hotel… had a lot of extras we didn’t expect, like complimentary snacks and drinks each night, a nightly “dive in” movie (a Disney movie each night out by the pool) The staff was always kind and helpful, the breakfast was great (including a Mickey waffle station which my grand kids loved!) fresh made to order omelets along with other breakfast staples. Over all a great hotel experience, I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and we plan to be back again!!

Very nice stay friendly staff and I love the pool. Unfortunately last day of our stay they closed half the pool and water slide all day for a private event. My kids could not use the slide and there was no room for all the people wanting to swim. For the price per night and not being able to use the pool not cool.

Beautiful resort! My family & I had a great time!

Very large!!!! Beautiful grounds the one thing I would like is for this resort to take cash. Drinks are pricey.
