This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it! My kids loved the water park & the food that’s so sold at the restaurant. The food options are a bit limited but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms are lovely packed with everything you can just about need and also a washer and dryer which was very convenient.

I didn't like the water park lockers weren't opertable. I also was unhappy with the bar tender at the pool bars. I wasn't informed of where I could wash my clothes. I also wasn't informed that extra towels are placed underneath the sink. I also didn't see anyone enforcing pool goers that swimming with sneakers on is prohibited.

Check in was great cause they did let us check in early which was great but I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. Beds were sooo uncomfortable for a 500 dollar room. We ordered food then later when I went to heat it up there’s no microwave. The outside bar closed super early for the pool being open till 11. The bar closed before it was dark. So much walking…. My mom had a tough time getting around she’s disabled. There’s only 1 smoking area so far from everything.

All around excellent expectations

We loved vacationing here and will definitely be back again.

Everything was fantastic. Clean, courteous, convenient. Such a great experience. All staff in all areas were super kind and accommodating.

Love everything about caribe royale

I liked this property very much because it was away from a lot of crowded areas. The only thing I didn’t like was they do want to have you go on a tour, but they are not extremely pushy like I’ve seen in the past at other resorts. The one thing they need to upgrade is parking if you come back at 10 o’clock at night, you will not find a space in front of your building and you may have to walk quite a distance even though they say they have golf carts that will come pick you up. I never saw any golf carts.

Clean Convenient Large space perfect for groups Lots of pool and food options
