Check in was painfull waited 1 hour in line. Definitely could improve their efficiency. The convenience store was great but pricey and had no prices on products.

There were issues with checking in at 4pm as our room was ready. They then put us in aother room but got unpacked and found out the toilet didnt work. So the moved us to another room. A great staff i met in hallway helped us find the new room. Themanagets the credited us $50.00 for our room ot being ready and gave us 3 day fun passes free. This was our second time to this resort. Lots to do right on the resort. I believe we will go back again.
