The property was very nice because it was near the airport. Their dining option was very nice but the free breakfast option was basically a $50 limit and anything above that you had to pay and within the $50 limit there is a 18% gratuity included. The place itself looked very nice as well as the staff. I would say the only downside is the elevator working 40% of the time.

This property was more than amazing to my family and I. The pool and ocean view was more than we expected. Most of the local stores are near my and the trolley is right in front of the hotel which takes you straight to South Beach. I will visit Hilton anytime of the day their staff and hospitality is top star.

Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a variety of great food options and well-maintained amenities that made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. However, one drawback was an issue with housekeeping: on the day scheduled for sheet changes, the room was not serviced, and by 6 PM we had to call the concierge to request assistance. It ultimately took another call and about half an hour before housekeeping arrived, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high standard of service. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of the stay was positive.
