Disney's Maingate West Golf Holidays

So, I told them some stuff wasn’t in good shape and the lights wouldn’t turn off. That bright light kept coming into our room, and it was super hard to sleep.

Honestly for how much I spent, I personally don’t think it was worth it. When I first arrived, there were pieces of the bathroom door all on the floor in the main bedroom and bathroom. I don’t think my room was cleaned prior to my arrival due to finding a trash can full of garbage from someone else’s previous stay. On top of that the amenities that I paid the resort fee for were unavailable to me for most of my stay. Only got one chance to go into the pool, granted the first time was due to the weather but I wasn’t told why for all the other times. When discussing this with a representative she told me that she could only give me a minor refund of the resort fees for the first day but that’s all they could do. Overall the trip was okay but I’d definitely look elsewhere next time.

The whole experience was great! Friendly staff, clean suite, and more space than we needed. I would definitely come back again
