The hotel had zip ties and roof damage in the hallways. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the shower handle fell off as we were turning on the shower. Also the curtains were missing patches of the back liner and light would come through those spots. The pool party and service was great. I would not book there again

This hotel is wonderful!! The staff is exceptional in their friendliness and helpfulness. They are truly nice people who deserve a shout-out for everything they do. Our rooms were very, very nice, and we felt that the whole property was beautiful.

Having stayed at this property before without any issues, this recent Friday-to-Monday stay with our family of six was disappointing. The units are in need of updating, and key features were out of order. Our kitchen sink was clogged, and neither the garbage disposal nor the dishwasher worked—making meal prep and cleanup very difficult for a group our size. The hot tub outside our unit was also non-functional. While the main pool area is a nice, relaxing space, the bottom of the pool had several dark spots throughout. We reported these issues to the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve them during our stay. We hope management addresses these maintenance problems, as we've had better stays here in the past.

Having a two bed two bath town house that sleeps 6 on a nice resort made our vacation all the better.
