"Staff are friendly but not prompt in service. This includes the reception and room services. I booked a Royal Suite and all I got was towel and shower cap. So no amenities are provided. You request for drinking water or maintenance and you are obliged to remind them several times yourself. Ask for the complimentary 2 bottles of tap water and you get only one after an hour. Location is ok, the varieties at the buffet

"The hotel is located very close to Kodia lake (5 min walk-able distance). The hotel staff is friendly. They have early check-in check-out times. So if you come via bus, you can check in by 9:00 AM and then check-out next day at the same time.
