Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

Huge property and the cheaper Zen section is actually the nicest, at least in term of the public areas. Service was outstanding, utterly faultless and the food was gourmet level and way above what you'd expect of an all-inclusive. Great location just a 5 minute taxi ride from Playa Del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Wonderful quiet stay, close enough to good restaurants, breakfast really good and excellent service thank you

Amazing stay in Playa del Carmen, checkin was fabulous with Luis (all staff were friendly and helpful), room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean - hotel is quite new and very tastefully decorated. Lovely rooftop pool and well equipped gym on the ground floor. No restaurant service after breakfast but we knew that and there’s a lot of food choice around. Situated just off 5th Avenue, seconds walk to shops and restaurants at the quieter end of town. We would recommend a massage at Veronica’s...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very nice and good range of food choices with very good quality with great service from the top quality staff. Room was great with own bar and water etc housekeeping was little hit and miss some days but I easily sorted. Beware you will have to experience the usual sales team trying to get you to sign up to various memberships. We knew what we were getting into with the presentation but you do get resort credits which was great for the...

All inclusive is amazing, the swimming pools are so good. The food is fine, but the good restaurant is open at night.

Location was good, condition of the hotel was well maintained, there was convenient on-site free parking and the staff were attentive. The downside was the power cuts that we experienced in the two afternoons when we were in the hotel. Both were due to heavy rain affecting the electricity provider's old infrastructure. The first afternoon was only for a few minutes, but the second afternoon was for three hours. We did speak to management about potentially cancelling our stay, but fortunately the...

Top draw holiday, could not fault anything. Clean, superb staff, great pools, top facilities. Would highly recommended for everyone.
