"The location being very close to York city centre, about 3 mins walk to get there. The valet parking was a bonus, as was the parking. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. "We stayed for 2 nights for my boyfriends birthday, the room was decorated on arrival for an extra cost and the room was very clean and spacious. Tv had Netflix and the staff ordered us a taxi without hesitation every time we asked. "Great stay. Very clean. Although no concierge to drop luggage off upstairs. And no baby changing facilities once we’d checked out. So we had to change the baby on the floor of the disabled toilet!
