What a fabulous hotel. Brilliant location close to city centre. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was amazing

Hotel was very clean and covid safe.

We had a fantastic stay. This is definately a luxury hotel. We stayed in a classic room in the old part of thd hotel. The room was huge and had lovely big windows. Sadly they looked onto the hotel next door so no real views. The staff were pleasant a lovely welcome by the doormen every time we came back. Didnt eat here but did have drinks in the bar. A bit pricey but it is a five star hotel. Some observations. The toiletry bottles were small and needed replaced every day. If they are serious about eco then fixed soap dispensers would be welcome. Contact with the hotel in advance of stay wasnt good. They didnt answer the phones and an email sent the day before arrival was responded to after we had checked in. Thankfully it wasnt an urgent matter.

Excellent hotel in a good location for a short walk to the city centre and the attractions. We were looked after during our stay.
