Really nice place to stay . Nice clean rooms with pretty much everything you would need. Great breakfast , nice bar and restaurant where you can dine. Polite staff. Will definitely be staying here again. Maybe address the aspect of the building in the near future.

Dear Guest,Thank you for your review following your recent stay with us. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you soon!
First impressions when I pulled up outside were not good, exterior of the building is pretty shabby and in need of painting and tidying up.
However, stepping through the door soon put my mind at rest, the interior is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.
My standard double room was nice and spacious with a comfy bed.
Nice hot shower.
WiFi worked well.
Didn’t try the restaurant in the evening but the breakfast was good.
All the staff were very polite and friendly and our executive room was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean with a lovely view directly out to the sea.
There was a good choice of breakfast options cooked to order.
We ate twice in the restaurant in the evening and the food served was one of the best we've had any posh restaurant. Hats off to the chef!
My daughter has just moved into the area, very close to the hotel, so we will be staying here again for sure.
Only slight negative is there is no on-site parking, but plenty of parking was available along the seafront.
The hotel and staff all came up to expectation and beyond. Lovely room overlooking the sea front with every comfort and really peaceful and quiet. Could well do it again.
Pleasant enough stay, comfortable & restaurant was more than acceptable. On Saturday night even up on the top floor Disco noises clearly legible - but stopped around 11 pm ish
My sister and I had a lovely stay.
We have been visiting Worthing for number of years and it was so nice seeing how The Burlington Hotel has been updated by its new owners with no expense spared. Staff are very friendly.
I would definitely recommend a stay and we will be going back again

Just a two night Sat/Sun stay.
Never stayed in Worthing before but I must say that everybody we met in the town; in particular the younger people were as polite and helpful as any I have ever met. That goes for the staff at The Burlington too who were exceptional. I would pick out Rachel on Reception simply because that's the only name I managed to catch. But her colleagues were equally so.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, a few minutes walk from the centre of Worthing. Only let down is lack of air conditioning. A fairly old building, and the fan provided in the room was not enough.
The hotel was in good order and was clean. The most disappointing thing is the bar shut at 22:00 and at 21:30 we were told last orders had been called and we couldn't have a cocktail.
My stay at the Burlington Hotel was nice experience from start to finish. The combination of pleasant surroundings, clean accommodations, lovely service, and situated opposite the sea, made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend the Burlington Hotel to anyone seeking a a comfortable, lovely and unforgettable hotel experience.
We are returning guests and extremely happy with the service, lovely staff and fabulous rooms with incredible views of the beach! We will definitely be coming back!
Many thanks to the Burlington team
Beautiful oversize room with great view of the channel. outside could use a coat of paint. inside well kept.

The small, single room was not value for money. It was situated between the main staircase and the lift shaft. The shower/wc room was tiny. It was nice and quiet on Sunday evening (as they do not serve dinner) but on Monday evening I was disturbed by constant thumping noises from the kitchen until gone 10pm.
On the plus side, the staff were charming, particularly the breakfast waiter

We had a lovely stay, disappointed with the kitchen being closed between 3pm and 6pm no lunch for us when we arrived and very disappointed with the bar closing at 10:45 on a Saturday night 🙁
What a great hotel. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, everything provided for in the room, great food. Will definitely come here again. Good value for money too.
The room we stayed in was executive double and there was a piece of wood knocking on the window all night, did mention to reception as they were not aware, hopefully will be resolved for next guests as it kept us awake. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you, food was amazing and great value for money
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Our room came with a side sea view and was decorated to a high standard and had a new shower room.
Communal areas and the exterior are in need of refurbishment, but don’t be put off staying here as it’s a great hotel and breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices.
Hotel is a short walk from pier, shops and restaurants and Coastliner bus stop is outside with frequent buses to Brighton.
