"Breakfast was excellent - room was basic but clean - handy for seeing London"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel for a convention. The lobby, ba,r and restaurant were perfectly fine. The staff was fantastic as always, including and especially the housekeepers. I skipped breakfast this time because during my previous day, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs basically look like they came from a powder. And the coffee was subpar. However, these are simply the opinions of one individual. My room was well appointed, included a little refrigerator, and iron and ironing board, and was perfectly spacious for a single individual. The windows were well insulated. However, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot that can be done about this. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with this hotel. "

"All I can say is that the staffs were really lovely and they made me feel welcome at the hotel. The food was really delicious that I would recommends Pan Roasted Sea Bass Fillet and Classic Fish and Chips as they were my favourite dinners."

"We were told our room with city view and would cost £60 per night for a upgrade with river view, we didn't accept. We ended up with a room with a window of no view! I meant No View, period !"

"Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, no chair, no shelves,.. nothing just two old beds, nothing else...ZERO FURNITURE to put your suitase, your book, no ensuite shower just a cheap ikea style show curtain...it is a tourist trap a SCAM...they know nobody will return to such a bad place so they don't care. Really depressing place even just to spend 2-3 nights...just avoid."

"Would def stay here again. Each walking distance to the Westminster Tube station. Lovely hotel, modern, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, loads to choose from. Room was clean and spacious. "

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."
