From Barnstaple follow the A361 for Braunton/Ilfracombe.  At the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, after (Squires Fish Chip shop), continue straight on for approx five and a half miles until you reach 'Mullacott Cross Roundabout'. Take the first exit left, signposted Woolacombe (B3343).   Continue along this main road past the Fortescue Arms for approximately another mile.  The property is in the centre of Woolacombe:  as you enter Woolacombe, you will notice Brundles apartments on the right hand side, turn immediately left, beside Tides Inn/Bar Electric. Continue past the shops in Woolacombe continue straight ahead at the chemist junction then when you reach the bottom of the road follow it round to the left (past the Woolacombe Bay hotel). In about 100 yards you reach the mini cross roads, turn left next to the Woolacombe Bay Pizza Shop and park in the allocated space on the left.

Great location
This is a great property ideal for exploring Woolacombe. It’s large enough to easily fit a family of 6. There are 2 allocated parking spaces however one was always taken up by random cars so I would worry about going out and returning to having no parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is big enough for the family. My only negative is that the outdoor space was disappointing. The garden furniture was broken and the cushions had been left outside so were sodden wet. The BBQ looked unfit for purpose and there was tarpaulin covering other broken furniture, quite an eye sore.
