Lovely clean room with four poster bed, great breakfast to set you up for the day. Friendly staff & not forgetting snowball the resident cat who sits on the reception desk waiting to greet you. The patio garden opposite is a fantastic place to sit at the end of the day with a drink looking across to a floodlit Wells Cathederal. Hotel is situated just around the corner from the market place. Ample parking at the rear of the hotel.

The reception staff who greeted us (two young men) were the most friendly, polite and efficient you could ever wish for - a credit to your hotel.

Property was easy to find, included parking and I had a lovely welcome by David, the host. Exactly what I was looking for and all I required, a bed with breakfast, which was superb by the way. I had a full English. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels supplied, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Was a pleasant walk into Glastonbury. I will definitely book again when I next want to stay in Glastonbury.

Very comfortable rooms, very clean and they are lovely and well designed. Really cold out and lovely and warm inside! We had an evening meal which was really nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Fresh fruit salad, . You cannot find a fault with this hotel, just enjoy it. What a fab place. Near to Wells and lots of other places.

From the welcome to the little extras like fresh milk and home made jam, plus perfectly clean and comfortable, makes this place a little gem

Me and doggo booked 3 nights here in mid May, due to the nature of having a dog it’s fair to say that you get used to life without fancy rooms and expensive furnishings and smart bathrooms….the Sidcot Arms was everything that we weren’t expecting. It was fancy and posh and modern and light and airy and new (literally only just renovated). The bed was comfy the shower was amazing, it had air con and the hotel even sorted out a doggy treat box for my partner in crime. Maybe a silly thing to...

Considered loop walk based in Litton, Somerset. Large car park at inn close to quaint village of Litton. Great welcome by Ben and George. Upgrade room and tour. Noticed thoughtful inclusion of easy access room and adjoining carer's room. Cosy inn outside and in. Chilled front patio and rear deck area by stream. Blankets supplied! Dinner and breakfast good. Staff keen to help in all aspects. Cheers!

I love this hotel and have stayed many times … it is magical and steeped in mystic history

This is my go to, for my long trips from Cornwall. It offers a break, where for a reasonable price i get a large warm quiet room with a lovely shower. There are pubs close by if you don't fancy eating at the service station and cheap petrol too. Probably not suitable for people with mobility problems as the showers are over the baths.

A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location

It was perfect. We had an early morning flight from Bristol and it was just around the corner. Self check in and out made everything really simple and the accomodation was perfect. Love my little touches throughout showing an extra special effort had been made. Great shower, which is really important to us.

Nice hotel, stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic staff nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was lovely. The room was great tea and coffee facilities and en-suite. Even with music and patrons the room was quiet. Plenty of parking and a nice selection of drinks not just mass market. Loved the chunky furniture, would stay again for sure.

Clean, modernised hotel with very friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay they again if in the area.
