The room I had booked was not ready, so I was offered a free upgrade to a family room which was very nice. The beds were a bit firm, but that’s how I found all the beds in the UK, so idk. Over all a very pleasant stay. "

"Clean close to airport parking available £15 a night think this is quite expensive but it is London asks for extra pillows as they only provide 1 per person i didn’t receive them. Clean and they offer breakfast for a fee but overall a good hotel and very good price "
