"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet you at the door and offer advice about places to dine or sites to see. Rooms are not huge, but that is typical in London for most hotels. The lobby is beautiful. Stayed twice and it was great "

"Great location. Tube is just behind hotel. There are many restaurants and supermarkets. Everything within walking distance. Staff is very nice and polite. They go the extra mile. We enjoyed our one week stay here. "
