• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.

New year's eve stay
When we arrived at the property we had done a big food shop in preparation for our stay. We soon found out that the hob was not working. I tried to get in touch with someone for support and this was difficult to do. I spent a portion of my time awaiting responses from someone via the messenger platform as there was no number provided. I managed to get in touch with someone who told me to send a video. I did so and they never responded. So that issue was never resolved. The dishwasher was leaning on its side when open, the floor and sink in the kitchen were grubby. There were basic amenities lacking such as tea towels, cheese grater and various other things. Overall I wasn't too impressed with the house and especially not the communication when we required support. We managed to get by without the hob but I wouldn't stay here again.
